In remarkable condition for its age. Hinges are clean binding is good but not perfect, covers have little to know where except for some frame to the top of the spine and minor where to the bottom as well. Covers are heavily heavily engraved on pebble boards and the guilt on the spine title is still clean and has little fading. Pages are lightly browned but clean. Comes with an original note card stating "a privately published yearbook containing descriptions of many ingenious devices. There is a description of a hog feeding pen developed and patented by Raymond M. Abbe of Thompsonville Connecticut, believed to be an ancestor of the present Abbe family.
