Description: ++ Sadly, due to strange Customs restrictions, it is only available here in the UK! ++ A superb example of a British WW-II Home Front MK-II Brodie Steel Helmet issued to a Special Constable Police Sergeant Dated 1939 and in a superb conditionthe exterior retains all of its distinctive blue silk finishboth inside and out. The front bears the standard 'Police' in white stencilover which is the Special Constable's 'SC' within a circle,either side of which are the hand-painted twin Sergeant'swhite bands running around the crown . Still with its original supple Rexine liner ,(complete with black shoe-lace),it also retains its original 1st pattern chinstrap with a slight 'chewing' & rust mark to the middle of it.
