Cleveland, as administrator of the Estate of William Cleveland action to collect debt against Benny [Benjamin] Wait, action brought in Lycoming County Pa in April 1865 for non-payment of note to William Cleveland from 1855 in Elmira, NY. Documents have foxing, light staining etc. may be some mild odor, discarded from the court house basement in Lycoming County, Pa.!!! Thought this was my grandmother's Cleveland line - it is not!
