The design looks so classic. The handles are painted in solid gold paint. The rims are smooth and are painted in the same gold paint as the handles. This set makes a beautiful display piece or could be used daily to grace your table. While this tray, creamer & sugar set is classified as used, the condition is superb. There is a bit of wear around the rim of the sugar when the top is off, a tiny bubble on the finish of the creamer and a slight chip on the creamer rim.
