Vtg Very Rare 1956 Single US Military Blank White T-Shirt Atlas Vietnam Era Sz L

Description: This is a classic piece of US Military history, a single quarter sleeve, 'u-neck', cotton undershirt/t-shirt from 1956, in very wearable condition for its age. Even with the conditional issues, an issued t-shirt (undershirt) from this time period, is an exceptionally rare find. Military shirts from this era were used, abused, and discarded. To see one still around in very wearable condition at 68 years old is a wonderful thing. The shirt size label is faded, but should be a size L (42-44) and should generally fit true to size. The measurements are below, please check those measurements before purchasing. This shirt came from the estate of a WWII and Korean War veteran, who did not serve during the Vietnam conflict, but was likely still in the reserve, hence this particular shirt. I have other military issue undershirts that predate, as well as postdate, this one on my Ebay's seller page, from the same original owner. Exact Name, by label: UNDERSHIRT, MAN'S Manufactured by Atlas Fabrics Corp. Measurements: Chest (pit-to-pit): 22 in Length: 28 in Good vintage condition. Scattered small stains throughout, a few slightly more obvious ones are on the sleeves, and the left shoulder. Minor yellowing, mostly in neck and shoulder region.
