Every pop-up works and every page is in excellent condition with the exception of the page with the lollipops as shown in Pic #8. The inside binding is torn as seen in Pic # 5 but the book opens and closes nicely. The front cover has a tear by the S and some of the snow (foam) on the roof is missing . See Pics #3,4,9.
