Description: This is a vintage "Original Arnart Creation" ceramic wall hanging made in Japan. It is in the form of a faux water receptacle with spigot and basin. The basin piece may serve as pocket or even very small planter. Brown floral pattern. The top piece is ~8.5" tall, ~2.25" deep at deepest point, ~5.5" wide at widest point. Basin/pocket is ~3" tall, 2" deep, ~5.25" wide. Top piece weighs 14 oz. Bottom weighs 5.7 oz. In good condition with lots of life left. Does show signs of use and wear, as shown in photos. On the top piece, there are scuff marks on the wall-facing side and on some edges; a small black mark where "lid" is on top piece, which may come off with more gentle cleaning; slight wearing on paint in a couple of places; and a dark mark across back, again, as shown in photos. No cracks or chips detected on top piece. Bottom piece shows wear/darkening on top edges and some spots on the interior; there is one place on the side, as shown in photos, that looks like a crack but it cannot be felt on inside or outside (again, see close up photo of this spot).
