Description: Here is a black wool authentic US Naval Academy peacoat tailored by Thorngate Uniforms in Norristown PA. The name and size 40 is handwritten on the tag inside the inside pocket and there is also a union label which dates this as before 1976 which makes it vintage. The coat is double breasted, closes with six gold eagle military buttons and also has two more buttons under the lapels so it can be buttoned up to the neck. It has welt pockets and has plush lining. This coat is very heavy and weighs over 4 lbs. It is in good used condition with no holes, tears or stains. Size 40: shoulder 18.5", chest 42", length 35", sleeve 29".
