Description: This is an unopened, unpunched 1993 vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Universal Studios Monsters Mike as Frankenstein action figure. It comes with bolt-handled Nunchaku, Pain-Chain shackle, Beastly Beaker, and Flamin' Torch Club as accessories. The tab is unpunched but slightly loose on the top edge. The card has some waves to it, a crease on the top left corner, and curls on the bottom right edge corner. The bubble is in good condition, the bottom edge is not completely attached, but it seems that's the way it would have come from the factory. The weapons are a blue color.
