Beautiful sterling silver top (marked "925" and hallmarks on inside near hinge), with ornate design around top rim with no monogram! Perfect for adding your preferred personalization, if desired. Nice addition to a library, study, office, bedroom, etc. Lid is designed to cover the well but is not intended to "seal," so if used for ink/liquid, this would best be kept stationary in one location. Approximate measurements: 1.5-inch cube base. 2 1/4 inches tall including lid. Very nice previously owned condition. Minor patina that could be polished if desired.
