There are water stains and some discoloration (stains) along the bottom and some on the puffed sleeves etc. there are two separations of the lace on the seams, easy fix. There is a string of “Bakelite “ or some other composition. The dress is beautiful and has a very long train. 14” flat across the waist, 14” from the shoulder hem to shoulder hem across the back. Measures about 48” long in the front and about 106” down the back. There is one missing silk covered in the back. There are no tags. This is an “as is” sell as the dress is not flawless and does need to be cleaned and mended . That being said, it’s gorgeous! Smoke and pet free home. Thank you!
