They measure about 3-1/2" diameter x 1/2" deep and are each painted dark blue and silver. They are a women's fashion series where period clothing is shown from 6 periods of time from 1776 until what they call today. "Today's" fashion appears to be from the 1920s or 30s! In between, you then have 1812, 1860, 1880, and Gay Nineties. Very interesting how women's fashion has changed from the founding of our country to the early 20th century!
