Overall this is a heavier piece, thick and warm (weighs 6.5#) My grandmother made us all quilts like this and I just love them! This one isn't from my grannie, but I'm familiar with the type since I've had one just like this on my bed forever. The quilt is large, shown on a queen bed, at 84" x 92". Excellent condition, freshly laundered, ready for a new home!
