Description: For sale is a VINTAGE Stanley Bailey No. 5 Jack Plane. This has a Smooth Sole. This Wood Plane has a very nice Stanley mark. It's the older mark, Stanley Rule & Level Co. This is an old plane that has a couple issues. Hardly any black is left. The rear tote is broken. Front knob is good. The hold down has a chip out of it. I don't see any cracks or repairs to the main metal part. It does have rust. This measures in at 14 inches long. There are no patent dates. This would be a great wood plane to restore.
