Both pieces are in very good condtion, glossy finish, bright colors, no stains. no chipss or cracks, really remarkable condtion for their age. Metlox Poppytrail Vernon was made in the USA, around 1955. Peach Blossom pattern is not found as often as their other patterns and it was only produced 10 years from 1952-1962 and is a true Mid Centry pattern. The other hostess pieces have the unique angular shapes and lines that were specific to this era, notice the angular slant on the creamer and handles on the peices- stunning set!
