Description: Hello, you are viewing my sale for a Vintage Japanese Painting On A Silk Fabric Of A Japanese Woman holding an umbrella. The material appears to be silk however I am uncertain of this. This painting is Signed & Stamped on the bottom right corner. I have shown a close up photograph of this. The painting on fabric is attached to a cardboard backing with tape on each of the 4 corners. The fabric has been undone from the corners and does not sit snug on the backing. It appears that there may be runs in the colors on the fabric however I am unsure if this was done on purpose or not. The girl in the painting can clearly be seen. This art measures 14 and 1/2" wide by 17 and 1/2" tall. There are no rips, tears, or repairs present. Please view my photograph of the actual red stamp and the signed name in Japanese.
