It is slightly dirty (I cleaned it as best as I could), and scuffed up. The cooler is starting to come apart at the seams, the whole way around, and show the innards. It is still intact, though. It may be able to be partly (or fully) repaired with the right kind of savvy. The lid does close, and stays closed. So I'm sure it will keep your drinks nice and cold still!
