Description: this is a used preowned vintage and i believe to be an impact extension,herbrand H-31 around 16-1/4" long,3/4" drive.the reason i say i believe to be an impact extension is the black color of the tool.anyway there is wear on this tool.the main defect i would say is rust,rust spotting and pitting.i did derust this tool with some fine steel wool and i oiled the ball if you will to get it moving.i did not want to go to much further for fear of removing what was left of the black oxide coating.there is still some rust however on the extension.there are also some scuffs,scratches,nicks and dings throughout all sides of the extension.there is no roll wear to speak of on the ratchet end of the tool and i do not see any bends or twists if you will on the extension.there is some rust and grime on the inside of the ratchet end of the extension.thank you for looking at this listing.
