Description: Here's a beautiful baby themed porcelain enameled trinket box with the "Monday's child" poem inscribed on the lid, by Halcyon Days Enamels, England. The body of the box is in blue enamel. There is a drawing of flowers and a butterfly on the underside of the lid. The piece measures 1 inch tall, 2 inches long and 1½ inches wide. It is in excellent condition with no damage or loss to the enamel. The hinge works properly and the lid fits snugly. There are a few tiny faint spots to the brass finish on the mounts.
