There's 4 bulbs that need to be replaced all the others light up. One socket is missing a bulb. Two bulbs blink off and on. The hangers that are attached to the bulbs are rusted and three are missing one side as shown on last picture. The cord is in nice condition. Please check all pictures for condition.
