Description: This is a beautiful porcelain C.T. Altwasser Silesia 7 3/8" Handpainted plate. The background color is white, the rim is gold, the hand-painted roses are white and pink with green leaves. This plate has no chips, cracks or crazing. The painter got a couple of stray spots of gold paint on the bottom. It also has a partial number on the bottom I believe it's 23106 41. Please see photos I tried to include everything.
