Description: This is a PYREX brand 1 1/2 quart Gourmet Double Boiler from Corning. The product number is 6283. It is still in its original packaging. The outer box shows some wear; the actual pots and lid are unused. Stacked together the pots are 8" tall; the diameter on the interior is about 6"; and the length of the pots from the edge to the tip of the handle on the opposite side is about 12". Also in the box is a heat spreader grid in an envelope for use on electric ranges. There are also several important instructions on the paper envelope for safe use of the double boiler.
