Description: Vintage 1974 Mr. Windy Helium Balloon Tank Clown Head 24" HUGE FIBERGLASS Ive had several of these and sadly this is my last one. Structurally Mr. Windy is sound. His paint gas flaked/peeled off in various places throughout. He has cosmetic signs of age/wear throughout.
