This empty box represents the rookie card season of Hall of Fame member Ken Dryden. Original Empty Box - No packs, No Wrappers, No cards. On the front-side panel is a promotional advertisement for the 1971 Booklet Insert. Free Priority Mail Shipping ! This original box will be packaged very carefully for shipment inside of a shipping box. Box was acquired during the 1980's for a private collection. CONDITION: The best representation, as to the overall condition, is each of the listed pictures. The pictures are part of the Condition/Description; you will receive the exact item(s) shown in the pictures. This box displays nicely ! Colors are vibrant & bold, with a clean, presentable appearance. To consider, although this box displays nicely it is in Used condition to include corner wear, edge wear, surface wear, tears and creases. The box top lid at the upper right corner/edge, two of the cardboard lid attachments are straight line torn (there are 9 total cardboard lid attachments across the top edge, 2 are torn - please see 1st, 10th, 11th picture). The Front-side panel is creased along the left edge. If examined closely, and only seen when held at certain angles to the light, there is very slight tape residue starting at the left edge going along for 1" and starting at the right edge going along for 3/4". The right edge is torn (please see 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th picture). The Right-side panel is worn at the lower right corner. If examined closely, and only seen when held at certain angles to the light, there is very slight tape residue starting at the left edge going along for 5/8". The left side of the panel tends to bow slightly inward (please see 7th, 8th, 9th picture). The Left-side panel, at the left edge - Interior - the Corner Connector glue has come undone/top layer of paper is torn (the actual corner is Not torn - please see 14th, 21st, 22nd picture). The Left-side panel, at the right edge - Interior - the Corner Connector glue has come undone and the lower part of the Corner Connector is straight line torn (the actual corner is Not torn - please see 15th, 23rd, 24th picture). If examined closely, and only seen when held at certain angles to the light, there is very slight tape residue starting at the right edge going along for 3/4". The panel tends to bow slightly inward (please see 13th picture). The - Interior - right flap is creased multiple times at the front area (please see 18th and 19th picture). The Bottom of the box shows surface wear/blue discoloration. At the upper edge there are two straight line tears, 1/2" and 5/8". The 5/8" tear goes into the interior of the box, the 1/2" tear is only seen on the outside of the box. The 5/8" tear goes to the edge and can be seen at the Front-side panel lower edge (please see 16th and 17th picture). The Box Top Lid is perforated above the "10c" and the image of the hockey player but the lid has never been folded open along the natural fold line. Please see 20th picture, this is as far as the Box Top Lid has ever been flexed open, never folded open. Please see the 18th and 19th picture - the box top lid will open all of the way, but has never been opened all of the way. This is as far as the box has ever been opened. This is a good thing when considering condition. The overall beauty of this box is not diminished by the mentioned wear; a nice addition to any collection and the box looks so Veeerry cool !
