Velvet detail in the skirt section in a darker red along with soutache curlicue design. Beautiful folded shelf bust and halter strap. Stays in the bodice, front and back. The overall color red is not a bright red, just slightly soft. From old time New York department store Best & Co. I have just come across an almost exact dress in black with the Fred Perlberg Originals label. This may be a Perlberg, just without the label.Bust is 32 inchesWaist is 25 inches.Hips are free.Length is 47 inches from the top of the halter strap (behind the neck)Side zipper. Tulle half slip attached at the waist. An old small 1 inch repair to the left side seam and some tiny holes in the back just above the hemline - not at all noticeable when worn.Great condition.Mannequin measurements are: 34 / 24-1/4 / 34-1/2 inches.
