Radio can be programmed to 16 channels. Antenna and charger are not included. I did a basic function test to confirm the radio powers on and transmits. I did not extensively test the batteries, so cannot comment on their run time. See below for list of frequencies currently programmed on radio. I determined these frequencies using a radio scanner, so I cannot confirm any further specifics of how the radio is programmed such as channel bandwidth, PL tones, CTCSS / DCS, power (1W/5W), etc. Radio is reprogrammable by computer with software and programming cable which are NOT INCLUDED here.
