Description: For sale here is a very nice US WW2 Presidential Unit Citation PUC Ribbon Bar. This is pin back with working pin, but the roller lock catch is off. However, the roller is still present and you can repair it, or it still functions fine as a C catch. The ribbon shows some wear, soiling and patina to the wreath.
