Installed are Jantzen Audio Superior 2% Z caps; 3.3uF 800V capacitors wired to the K-55V, M, med-range, 2.2uF 800V 2% Jantzen superior Z caps through the K77, K-77M, or SMAHL V2™ w/ B&C DE120 drivers. The 20uF 400v Jantzen Power Cross-caps power the woofers. 14ga Jantzen Audio wax coil pure copper (99.9%) inductors offer superior top-end superior sound. This setup is something else, an open-airy Holographic soundstage with great tone and balance, with your speakers attached to a super highway of noteworthy cables; special quality speaker cables, interconnects, premium preamp, and amplifier realize exceptional live concert performance due to these wonderful B-2 crossovers. The parts except for the plywood boards, the auto-transformers, and the T2A transformers that are Klipsch original items removed from a working pair of type B crossovers, otherwise the parts were purchased recently from an authorized distributor in Europe. The twisted gold-plated rod-rail that the wax inductors are soldered to is a high purity 99.9% 24-carat gold-plated copper rail that carries a crystal clear signal from the inductors. The capacitor leads have been covered with Teflon tubing. The white cover wiring is a pure silver high-temperature NASA hookup wire. The wire run through the gold-plated terminal strip contact points is a 1mm 5N 99.9% pure silver realizing crystal clear super quick response. They're factory-fresh highest quality 99.9% pure copper wax coil foil inductors (made to order), usually a 15-30 day wait time, then a 12-15 day shipping time, yet well worth it. The parts; Jantzen Superior 2% Z capacitors, Jantzen Wax coil copper foil inductors, the high-purity NASA silver hookup wire, 1mm 5N pure silver wire through the terminal strips contact points, (others use a tin or silver plated copper-not as good, not as clear not as fast), 3.8% silver solder, along w/ the gold-plated terminal strips were purchased within the past 6 weeks of this listing The Jantzen Audio Superior 2% Z caps are neutral, natural, accurate, and detailed, yet are a calm and smooth-sounding capacitor that produces a near Holographic soundstage. The Jantzen Audio Superior 99.9% pure copper wax paper made-to-order wax foil coils with silver plated ends are the highest-end copper inductor coils. All the above items were recently purchased from authorized distributors. A foam underlayment material is attached (approx. 5mm) to the bottom of the boards to assist in dampening. It works very well by the way. The capacitors rest on 5/8" medium-density foam that assists in dampening. They're tied down with nylon straps.
