Description: Three Kings - handmade ceramic artifact. Made at Saint Andrew's Priory in the foothills of southern California by the Benedictine Monks. There is a small description card that tells the story of these Chinese-exiled monks who came to California about 1952 and set up the Priory where this artifact was made. Each ceramic artifact is handmade with natural materials and no two are exactly alike. This rendering of Three Kings is approximately 12 inches wide by 6 inches high, and about 3/8 inch thick. There are two metal loops on the top allowing the item to be hung on the wall.These are still being made and sold today at the Abbey, although the current listing at the Abbey store does not include this one.
