The ones I saw were just printed paper and in horrible shape. The binder and pages inside were kept in very good condition. 3 or 4 pages have some yellow and pink highlighter marker spots California Objections Civil and Criminal James publishing around 654 pages Hard cover binder binder Comes with CD 2010-2011 Has tabs labeling chapters I only found 1 listing of this exact book for sale and it sold for $399. The cd has no scratches and the hard cover and pages inside were kept in very good shape.
