Description: TAMIYA 1/48 No.90 REPUBLIC P-47D THUNDERBOLT BUBBLETOP Model kit 61090 JAPAN Description Condition: New Tamiya 1/48 Masterpiece Machine Series No.90 US Army Republic P-47D Thunderbolt Bubble Top Plastic Model 61090 This is a plastic model kit of the P-47D Thunderbolt, a fighter-bomber of the U.S. Army Air Corps, 1/48 scale, 230mm in length and 259mm in width, modeled after the later production version of the P-47D with a bubble-type canopy. The thick fuselage and the cowling that surrounds the high power engine are realistically reproduced to give the P-47D a voluminous appearance. The main wing flaps can be set up or down as separate parts. Four types of propellers are provided, as well as three types of tanks and a variety of armament parts such as 500 lb. bombs and rocket launchers. Includes one pilot figure and two types of decals.
