The Speed Tuned Aero rim weighs in at a feathery 470g, has a 14mm inner width, 19mm outer width, and has a 30mm tall aero profile. This rim offers considerable strength due to its triangular profile. These wheels are built up with either Sapim Leader Black Stainless OR DT Swiss Black Competition double butted stainless spokes and Brass Chrome Plated Nipples, depending on your selection above. This auction is for the above listed wheel set and includes Velox cloth rim tape AND will include a 16T fixed cog installed on the fixed side. Wheel set weight varies a little, but is approximately 2,000g with DT Comp spokes, or about 2,150g without. This wheel is brand new, ready to ride. These wheel sets are overstock from our standard product line, that we are now offering through our e-bay overstock and blemished program. Because it is not purchased through our website, the standard Bicycle Wheel Warehouse warranty DOES NOT apply. These wheels are sold AS-IS. We stress relieve the spokes multiple times, to help the spokes seat properly against one another and the hub flanges. The use of high quality lubricants on spoke threads and on nipples helps our wheels last longer, and makes them more serviceable.
