Item is brand new but plastic clam shell packaging shows storage wear & top is torn/damaged but the foam head is not damaged. great for someone who will actually use it. The item you see in the picture is the one you will receive. Pictures pretty much describe this item. Clam shell seems like it was never sealed & can be easily opened by hand as it just presses into place like a lid on a plastic container.
