Please note again there is NO REMOTE and this will not work without a remote so you will need to purchase one from the company. I spoke with them today via chat and they said that all you have to do to get a new remote that you can program for this blind is to contact them and you can order one for approximately $43. This blind does include everything else that is supposed to come with it, including the solar charging panel and all of the brackets and mounts and installation instructions.
