Description: We have several of these very rare, vintage airport flight destination signs available for purchase from Ozark Airlines. Please select the quantity or specific sign you want at checkout. The signs available are: Norfolk Great Falls Pocatello St. Louis While each sign does not provide specific details about which airport they came from, the sign for St. Louis reads “property of Ozark” on the back. Ozark Airlines was a regional airline in the United States that operated from 1950 to 1986. It was based in St. Louis, Missouri, and played a significant role in connecting smaller communities in the Midwest with larger cities. Ozark Airlines primarily operated domestic flights and expanded its route network over the years. In 1986, Ozark Airlines was acquired by Trans World Airlines (TWA), leading to the integration of Ozark's operations into TWA. The merger marked the end of the Ozark Airlines brand, and its routes and aircraft were absorbed into TWA's network. Signs such as these are very rare as nowadays, they exist only in digital form at the airport. See photos for more details. What is pictured is what you will receive!
