I purchased this coin/stamp set at a recent estate sale. Condition of this Postal Commemorative Society folio sets is EXCELLENT. all the coins and medals are uncirculated. The stamps are unused and in mint condition. The folio album has almost no wear and is undamaged. paperwork is included .
