There are some scratches and dings on the valve and handle, perhaps some slight surface rust from sitting in the warehouse. These are new, and have been properly capped to protect the threads. General Description Series BVHP are 2-way shut-off valves rated at 414 Bar (6000 PSI). A high quality ball valve that shuts off or allows full flow in either direction. The valves can be used in water and oil applications Parker’s 2-way ball valves operate to either off or full flow by rotating the handle 90°. Ball valves are not designed to be a metering or flow control device.
