Description: PAIR ANTIQUE CHELSEA / DERBY GOLD ANCHOR STAFFORDSHIRE SHEEP RAM LAMB C1756 / 75 Approximate Measurements; Height –7cm Width – 10cm Depth – 7.5cm Weight – 305g THE PAIR Condition; In excellent antique condition – no cracks or chips – see photos These are old and used items so will have signs of age and use – please have a good look at the photos I am not sure just how old these are but they look like original old examples to me, so I have said 18th century, however I do not have any proof of there age – have a very good look at the photos and base marks and maybe you will know or can work out just how old it is – have a good look at the photos so you can decide. PLEASE NOTE THAT I am not an expert when it comes to these things and I am well aware that there are reproductions and fakes of this type of thing – HOWEVER I have intensively researched these and have found several of these being sold or some that have been sold by reputable sellers / dealers and I have compared these to those described as genuine 18th century examples by Chelsea with the GOLD ANCHOR MARK and then compared with those described as reproductions or fakes and I have come down heavily on the side of these identifying as Original items – SEE PHOTOS
