Most are in craft condition meaning they may have bends, light scratches, fading, rust, etc. Not a good set for collecting but it's perfect for art projects like bird houses, maps, etc. All plates are authentic license plates that are at least three years expired. Q: Can I pick what States I would like? A: Not for this lot as they are prepackaged, but please do reach out if you are interested in specific plates as we would be happy to put together a custom listing. Delivery: We strive for fast shipping. Unless traveling, we offer one day shipping and often ship same day using USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
