Description: Original SHEARER ORCHARDS apple box/apple crate label. From the 1940s for Upper Yakima Valley apples grown and packed by Shearer Orchards, Inc. in Tieton, Washington [near Yakima]. For apples grown on Reclamation's great irrigation project on the Tieton Division. Blue stripe in the label for extra fancy grade apples. This is the version without a blue box around the packers name. Label is in good-fair condition BUT IT HAS HANDLING MARKS - see photo. I will combine shipping on auctions.
