Description: An acceptable condition hardcover copy of 'One Family Housing: Solutions to an Urban Dilemma' by Hubert Hoffmann. This is an ex-library copy, and is in a library binding. The book is from 1969 and features Mid-Century architectural design. This is also a bilingual edition, and features text in both English and German. The outside of the book has some small stain spots, as well as some bump and rub wear along the edges. There are also library stamps on the outer page edges. Also, please note that the word "Dilemma" was spelled wrong on the spine text. Inside there are the typical library stickers and the check out slip pocket. There are some pencil markings on the title page, and one pages appears to have a random scattering of fine point marker lines, but all other pages are free from any writing or markings. One page has a piece missing along the upper edge, with the page following it also having a tear in the same area. The pages also have some yellowing/tanning along the edges. An ex-library copy with some wear and tear, but overall still a solid and very usable copy. Please look at all photos provided for a better idea of condition. Shipped via USPS Media Mail.
