Untested, may not work, may be broken, may only be good for parts or repair, parts may be missing, I don't know. Shows some signs of age and wear. Leather case was a little bit stuck to the meter when removed from being stored for so long so the meter needs a little cleaning to remove old leather remnants (should clean off fine).
