Rated by sporty1203 on December 31, 2020 Summary: I knew going in that the power gen was larger,and it would some reworking to fit, the power gen,but it sure beats trying to make one your self. the big problem i have is how small the bracket is where it mounts to the intake manifold, it is to small and it makes a very sloppy fit. I had to weld up one side where it slides into the slot in the manifold. I tried 3 different manifolds, stock, Edmans and an Edelbrock! ps use the power gen strap to make it work. The bracket was very high quality and it fit very well onto the intake manifold. It did not clear my 3-71 blower housing. Yes, I recommend this product. Yes, I recommend this product. Fits original generators only Rated by Hayden on November 06, 2013 Summary: Beware, this offset mount does not accept Powergen units. The diameter of the Powqergen housing is larger than the original generators, therefore when the Powergen is placed in the cradle, it only contacts at a narrow point each side. Fitting the strap and tightening would damage the Powergen body in my opinion. Cons: does not fit powergen units Pros: fits original generators No, I would not recommend this product.
