Description: This 1974 silkscreen, Octavo Concurso de Tiples y Cuatros, by artist Isaac Novoa Lopez is in mint condition. It has never Colors and paper are strong and there are no age spots. There's a 1/8 inch tear on the upper white border, a slight fold on top right and a pin size mark on left/middle of artwork (See photos) Novoa's name is signed on the plate (See photo) BIO: Isaac Novoa Lopez was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico in 1945 and died in 2014 in Bayamon. He worked at DIVEDCO (Puerto Rico's Division of Community Education of the Department of Education). This silkscreen is part of the University of Puerto Rico's art collection.
