Ocean City Fly Reels were manufactured in Philadelphia PA from 1923 until the 1960's. These workhorse reels work great and look as good on either a classic bamboo or fiberglass rod or a brand new rod. Everything works perfectly as it should, this reel has not been cleaned but could be brought back to it's original glory with some TLC.
