This includes hitting the ball outside of the hitting area, hitting on the back or front side of the bat, hitting other than real baseballs, or slamming the bat on any surface.If you feel that your bat has broken as a result of a manufactured defect (and not a result of the above conditions), feel free to contact us.You can either send us the bat for inspection or provide us with detailed images of the bat and we will go from there.
