Description: I can not find any recent sales for this item, thus the price. However, all fair offers will be considered. This is very rare and very hard to come by. This is an official release and it comes in the original box. This was released 10 years ago, so please look very carefully at all of the pictures. I can not guarantee every icicle is there or that there is not some snow missing. I believe the streaks on the roof are normal, but again I can not find other pictures to compare. Please do not buy if you are not OK with it not being perfect. All the doors open and close and it still lights up with batteries installed. It was designed with 23 doors, this is not a flaw.
