I would grade the trade paperback lot in approximately VF to NM condition as these were read once then bagged. TPB's may be a combination of first and later printings. The Hardcover is in similar higher condition and has a dust cover with slight wear due to being stored in a comic box where the top of the box rested on the dust cover and was impacted.
