There are some minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of use, including surface scratches. The ratcheting and general movement works nicely. I did not check all of the bits, but I am not sure if they are complete or all original. I checked a few and they were USA, but a couple were not. Generally clean, with some typical signs of use.
