Description: I opened the box and tested it out. Everything works perfectly! Except I could not get the physical mute button to work on the headset aux chord. I’m not sure what that’s about, it could just be me. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT: the mic must be plugged in or you will get an annoying buzzing sound. This does not mean the amp is broken; it automatically has a mic pass through monitor and if you don’t have the mic plugged in, it will buzz. You can apparently disable this in their Astro gaming software, however I never got that far to test it out.
